OCCUPANCY CERTIFICATE — FIRE DEPT.

El Benemérito Cuerpo de Bomberos exige sistemas de alarma, extinción y supresión certificados para emitir el Certificado de Ocupación en todo establecimiento comercial (Ley 10 de 2010). Sin este certificado, no hay operación legal. La Resolución 102-2023 establece multas de $250 a $3,400 por incumplimiento.

The Panama Fire Department requires certified alarm, extinguishing and suppression systems to issue the Certificate of Occupancy for all commercial establishments (Law 10 of 2010). Without this certificate, there is no legal operation. Resolution 102-2023 establishes fines of $250 to $3,400 for non-compliance.
